How Even a Low Traffic Blog Can Haul In Big Bucks For You

Imagine a world where affiliate marketing no longer existed!

How would you ‘monetize’ your blog then?

What if your blog only got a handful of visitors per month?

How could you extract maximum cash from a minimum of visitors?

One thing I’ve gotten pretty good at is buying and selling advertising
space online in various forms.

Fact is it’s very easy to sell…(almost too easy) because everyone is looking for
easy traffic without all the SEO drama.

What if you could set up a blog and sell ad space on it within a month?

There are a tons of niches that are overlooked because of the very low level of
traffic for most all of the keywords on that niche…

One man’s trash is another man’s GOLD!!!

Let’s take a look…

Here are a few keyword examples I found for a niche with BIG BUYING potential

“buy boat in Florida” search results = 7

“buy ski boat in Florida” no matches found

And the list goes on…you can mix up different kinds of boats with different states
like “buy sail boat in Maine”

And it doesn’t just have to be boats…”buy a Learjet” or “buy a hang glider” = 181 results…

In these situations you’re not going to need a lot of traffic to sell ad space…

Imagine, EVEN IF you only had 10 visitors a month on a site that was ranked for “buy a LearJet”…how hard do you think it would be to sell ad space to a broker?

It’s NOT uncommon for them to pay hundreds of dollars for ads, banners and even more for leads!

Better yet you could build a list of folks interested in purchasing a 7 figure jet (or other big ticket purchases) and then contact the companies selling the big ticket items and have them pay you to send out a solo ad to your list of deep pocket jet setters.

See how easy it could be to start earning big money from your low traffic blog?(Even if you never made one affiliate sale.)

By the way…

Not only are these ‘low traffic’ blogs easier to get ranked for because
nobody sees the potential (now you do), but if you monetize with ADVERTISING
you can sell your blog fast and for another big payday BECAUSE these types
of blogs require very little upkeep to stay put in the rankings and there’s
no product to deliver.

Crystal Ball Marketing

Hot Niches of the Future?

Crystal Ball Marketing?

Ever think about how most niche and affiliate marketers
are promoting products that were released years ago?

Let’s call these products of the past. Lots of money to be made, but you’ll be competing with a herd of other marketers.

However…

As you read this a new breed of marketer is putting up
a campaign to promote a product/service that will be hot in
a few months…this new breed of marketer has VERY LITTLE
competition…and he/she is pulling in BANK.

At InstaCash Keywords we do what we can to provide you with hot buying niches with lots of traffic and little competition.

And…

I want to show you ONE WAY we get ahead of the game and make
some potentially nice income for our customers in the process.

Are you down with that?

Now a lot of times the popular products like the Iphone 5 or
Playstation 4 are products most affiliates won’t even attempt to promote because
of the level of competition…and that case it’s pretty understandable.

But how often does something new and cool come out?

Hmmmm…seems like every five minutes these days…right?

So where do you find about “what’s new” before everyone else
does?

Here’s just one way.

I went to Google and typed in “new technology 2012”and from
there alone I was blown away by some of the upcoming inventions (or unrecognized markets).

Like for example the “Rolltop laptop”

The concept has been thrown around few years but nothing has yet
to be released. However the feedback alone on the video let’s you know you’ve got a
winner!

Of course before putting up a review site for something like that you would want
to do as much research as possible…online tech magazines, any forums, etc…

Then just set up blog, create some content, and just starting running like it was already
making you money…how far ahead of the competition will you be?

You know what else?

Hot new products get HUGE search volume!!!

I saw few others like Designer 3D glasses (for at home 3D TV’s)

Sound strange?

Imagine the buyers in a niche like that! There also might a Playstation 3
phone coming out…could be a winner:-)

Travis calls this type of future based marketing “Crystal
Ball” marketing and it can be done it just about any niche.

How do I get a backlink?

One of the BIG questions I’ve been getting is…

“How do I get Backlinks I could use for my ICKY Blog?”

That’s a great question but the answer is not so cut and dry…

The fact is there are several kinds of links out there but one of the things you
can do without going out and spending a bunch of  money is setting  up some profile links.

Profile links are incoming backlinks to your blog that you can create by
by setting up profiles on forums and other member access sites that allow
you to hyper link your profile signature with a link back to your ICKY blog.

But there is a few tedious steps involved!

1st  Perhaps the most time consuming step is finding sites to make profile links
on…if it were me I would probably just type in the search engines “sites that allow profile links”.

2nd Choose a site and create an account…should just take about 5 minutes.

3rd Wait for account approval…each site can be different but for this case we’ll just say this takes
another 5 minutes.

4th Create your profile…I highly recommend filling out all the information even if it’s not required
so your profile does not get deleted by the administrator, this should only take another 5 minutes.

5th Edit the Signature of your profile…IMPORTANT because this is where your link comes from.

You will need to hyper link your signature with the blog page you want a link
back to…this involves a little HTML. If you’re not familiar with HTML I’ve got you covered…

Here is the idea behind and HTML anchor text link: <a href=”url”>Link text</a>

So, what that means is you replace the the url part with the link to your page and the Link text
part with the words you want the link to say.

I want the link to say “Ben Cawiezell” and point back to my blog, http://www.BenCawiezell.com.
(Example only)

So, my HTML would look like this: <a href=”http://www.BenCawiezll.com”>Ben
Cawiezell</a>

It’s as simple as that!

Now you would also want to mix up the profiles so they are not all saying “Ben Cawiezell”
because a bunch of profiles pointing back to a blog with the exact same keyword is not going
to look natural.

That about covers it for you!

Not too bad right?

A total of maybe 15-20 minutes each (after you have a list of sites to choose from of course)

If you are a little pressed for time as I know we all are…one of our good buddies Ken Leatherman
who has been one of our biggest service providers for years agreed to help us out and hook you up
with a DIRT CHEAP option for a BUNCH of links and he will do it for you for being part of our ICKY service!

The Scariest HOT Niche Ever

Had a CRAZY NICHE I wanted to run by you…
in fact it’s downright scary how many hungry buyers
there are in this niche!!

Now it’s no surprise that Halloween besides being my
favorite holiday is a VERY lucrative niche!

Are you thinking right now “there is now way
I can outrank some of the big costume sites”?

That wasn’t what I was thinking…

No I’m a married man with no kids yet…but I’ve seen my wife
search like a woman possessed and spend way too much money
for Halloween costumes and why, because to some it is not just a party
or a holiday…it’s an EVENT where each personal presentation is judged!

Talk about PRESSURE!

So how would you get in front of this HOPPED UP CROWD?

LONG TAIL KEYWORDS FOR NEW or POPULAR CUSTOMES

Did you know “catwoman costume” gets 22,000+ searches a month?
(and that’s exact match) and know that’s not a new costume but it’s
and example of how big this niche is…

And that’s an average from Google Keyword tool…I bet its little higher next
month:)

Oh by the way, Angry Birds costume is gonna be a BIG SELLER this year!!!

Here is where I went to do some research on what’s new and hot this year…
 http://www.halloweenandcostumes.com/c-176-kids.aspx

Now you’re right, going after the costume name keywords like those would be
a challenge…

But let’s think like the buyer…

You’re a mom…and its two weeks before Halloween, your son, Steve has been invited
to his first Halloween party and all the kids in his class will be there…

Steve wants the NEW Angry Birds costume but guess what it’s sold out all around town
(or he lives in small town like me and the only place to get costumes is Wal-Mart)

But Steve is kind of small for his age and you want Steve to enjoy his costume and be
able to show it off to his class mates but you don’t want him to look silly by falling
down because his costume doesn’t fit…and you know that would make you look to the
other parents.

So, to the search engines you go and what do you type in?

How about “small boy angry birds costume”…now there might not be a lot
of search results but it’s a good bet that you’ve got a buyer on your hand…

You could easily set up one blog with multiple page just covering this little sub niche
for small costumes!

In fact I looked up “small Halloween costumes” and there were only 317 competing pages!

Could you handle that competition?

Travis and I look for ways to crack into niches like this on our
service at http://instacashkeywords.com/trial-offer/  and would love to have you
join us if you’re not already a member.

Before I go I just want to throw a few other options at you in case you’re up for
making a few extra bucks this Halloween…

TAKE ANY NEW HOT COSTUME (which you can find from the link above)
AND MIX IT UP WITH SOME OF THE SUGGESTIONS BELOW…

Any sizes…small, medium, large, XL, XXL, XXXL, etc…

Shipping deadlines… 2 day, 3 day, 4 day, 1 week, etc…
(This of course means you should find an affiliate program that can handle quick delivery)

ALLERGY ISSUES… cotton free, nylon free, etc…
(This might take a little research and wont a lot of search volume but if you can deliver, you have a buyer)

SPECIFIC MOVIE COSTUMES… “costume from Batman movie” or even more specific…”Heath Ledger
joker costume from Batman movie”…that is how people talk and type as well.

The list goes on and on and don’t forget about accessories!!!

I also looked up an affiliate program for Halloween Costumes…

http://www.halloweenexpress.com/affiliate_info.php

There are several other affiliate programs out there though…just type in the search engine “Halloween costumes affiliate program”

If you have any questions, comments, or ideas for another post please just drop us a reply…we love to hear your feedback!

Keep up the hard work!

How to Build a List on Your InstaCash Keywords Blog

In the last year I have sent out 7,657 personal emails
from ONE inbox (and I have several) in response to questions
sent from affiliate marketers…

And I truly enjoy it every day…

Here is an example of a question that you may want to know
the answer to…

“Ben, thank you for all your previous help, YOU ROCK…but now I’ve put up a site
and have started to get a little traffic…how can start building a list? I don’t know
where to get started and what to give them when I do.”

I love building lists…it’s a great way to make more money with our
service at http://instacashkeywords.com

But a lot of times affiliates tend to over complicate this unfamiliar process…

So if you already have a website and you’re already getting some traffic the hard part is done…just follow these steps to start building your list today…which means more easy money for you!

Step #1- Sign up for an Auto Responder service.
I always suggest Aweber.com, they
have the easiest tutorials I’ve ever seen, great customer service, and a $1 first month trial.

Step #2- Establish lead generator (or how to get them to subscribe) This is where most folks get lost. What I would do is go through the forums for your niche if there is one available and pick out 3 of the biggest “hot buttons” in you see. Hot buttons are the really key topics or questions that make the folks in your niche tick!

Example: I critiqued a site about “bee keeping” last year (great niche) and as a lead generator the site owner was saying “Learn how to Make Money with Your Honey”…

BUT as I went the Beekeepers forums I don’t think I came across ANYTHING about trying to turn a profit as a beekeeper, like most passionate folks lose tons of money pursuing their interest…

So naturally the “Money” lead generator was not worth a darn. After some research I came up with “The 3 easiest ways to kill your hive, and how to avoid them”  You see, keeping their HIVE ALIVE is THE major “Hot Button” in this niche.

Now that will strike a chord with some beekeepers!

So, please keep in mind that you need to really get into to what the people in your niche want and then give it to them.

In this case all you would have to do is find out 3 simple ways to avoid killing your Bee hive…I found these answers in about 10 minutes on the forums…so then I just had to type it up into a report and load it as the first auto responder message in the sequence.

Step #3 – How to make money with your list?
Just like you would with your blogs, articles, etc…You need to find an affiliate program and promote the offers in your auto responder sequence. Now that you have given them something that helped with the 1st email (report), you can continue to do so with both free information as well as promoting helpful tools and/or guides they may need.

For this niche in particular there are several guides and plenty of programs that sell beekeeping supplies that you could easily offer to your subscriber list…

Like a friend that offers good advice…

Example: 1st email you just gave them 3 tips on how to keep their hives alive, so after that you may say something like…

“I really hope this report was helpful to you? I also found a great guide on the Best Ways to Keep Your Hive Alive during the Winter (this would be hyperlinked with your affiliate link to any program that you feel would be good to promote).”
***************************************
Does that make sense?

Then I would just write out a few emails and spread them to go out every few days…then anytime you find something new or just something that will help your subscribers you can just add an email telling your list about it.

Aweber does a great job of keeping up with the stats so you can monitor how many people are opening your emails, clicking the links, etc…

One more thing, subject lines are very important to get your emails read…and nothing works better than curiosity!

If you don’t have any sites up yet to build a list on I’d like to invite you to come give us a try at http://instacashkeywords.com where we will spoon feed you hot niches, the keywords to get ranked for and 5 articles to help add to your blog.

Keep up the hard work!

If You Can Connect, You Can Collect

Hey there,

I really hope you got a chance to check out last week’s post?

Your feedback kind of inspired this post…that and a little book…

Have you ever read, The Go Giver?

Great book…I read it the other day in like 2 hours
and took more from it than I did in several Economics
and Finance Classes.

A good education doesn’t have to be expensive, right?

So there is a character in this book referred to as
“The Connector”, well at least until the end of the book
when that character is revealed…

And he got me thinking a lot about some of the things I do.

So last week I made that video for you about
outsourcing…but I should have mentioned that you can do a
lot more than just getting good folks off the Warrior forum and
ODesk etc… to do your work.

What am I talking about?

I’m talking about being “The Connector”…

It’s much more than a cool nickname☺

Example: I think I mentioned to you that recently I bought a
new house…but when I got all moved I realized there are
several things I needed to change up a bit…

But I had just spent way too much of my cash on closing cost…

So I decided to get creative…

I need a new deck but I don’t want to spend thousands of dollars to have
mine rebuilt…

So I turned the web to just look at my options and I realized that in the small
town that I live in I had NO options…at least none online.

So I turned to the phonebook and it turns out there were 4 different companies
that specialized in building decks in my town…and none of them have a website!

Do you see where I’m going with this?

Now you can ask any of the people that
I outsource to, I’m no good with the any of technical stuff…

So what do I do?

I become THE CONNECTOR!!!

I called up one of the deck guys and asked him if he would be interested
in trading some services? So I just told him that he could take all the traffic
coming in since his competitors clearly aren’t doing it…

(side note: folks are usually more interested in doing better than their competitors than they are at just doing better…so itwould never hurt to bring up their competitors☺ and that fact that this will put them ahead of their competitors)

My next step is to call my web designer and send over the project…now you might
be saying “yeah, but I don’t have a web designer!” But if you go back and check out my last
post you’ll know exactly where to find them.

So long story short…I’m going to be getting my deck completely redone for the cost of a website
and a very small amount of Local SEO and all I had to do was make two phone calls…

The deck guy is happy because he has a new website and will be getting more business…

My designer stays happy because I keep sending her more business…

and I am SUPER HAPPY because I’m getting a PIMP new deck right before football
season…GO HOGS!!! Oh and guess who else is happy…my wife☺

So to wrap it up…if you don’t already have a good list of outsourcers it would be
a good idea to put together your team and start becoming “the connector”!

You can always just get cash out of the deal…that’s worked well for me too.

But as long as there are people out there offering their services…and if you can find
folks looking for those same services I promise you can turn a profit without
breaking much of a sweat!

If you have any questions or comments email us at help [at] instacashkeywords.com

Keep up the hard work!

If you can’t get it done, who can?

Howdy folks!

Ben here…

I’ve been getting a lot of emails and I really love
the feedback!

One very common question… “I don’t know anything about putting up
a blog and even if I did when would I be able to do it…I have a full
time job?”

Is this a problem that you can relate to?

I’ll let you in on a little secret…I am terrible at putting up blogs, even
with WordPress which everyone tells me is a piece of cake.

And it’s not that I don’t try…it’s just that I feel that I have other strengths
where I should be investing my time.

However, there is one area that I have gotten much better at that allows
me to put my time where it is best suited…

Can you guess what that is?

Well if you said ‘outsourcing’ than you are on fire today!

Can you think of a time when you could use someone
to do some of that work for you?

I sure can☺

I put together a little Camtasia video that shows some of the
places I go to find good people to work on my online business.
Whether it’s writing articles, building blogs, doing keyword research,
building backlinks, or whatever you need…they are out there.

But before you watch this video to find these folks let me give you a few tips
for how to evaluate outsourcers BEFORE hiring…

1. Always get some kind of sample work…this is a must.
2. If you have the option always use an escrow account…this really
protects you and your outsourcing budget. This will allow you to check the
quality of the work being done before you pay.
3. If you’re outsourcing from a forum or hiring service online always look at their
previous reviews and work history…not just the price.
4. BE VERY SPECIFIC about the details of your job and set a time bound
deadline…this one has burned me enough to learn from it.
5. Now this one is a life lesson for ya…almost everything is negotiable. If
somebody on the Warrior Forum has a post “10 Articles for $50” you don’t think
they might take $40? I promise it won’t hurt to ask…what’s the worst that can
happen? They say no☺

I learned this lesson well from Travis…now I never knew how powerful some
of his negotiating tactics were until I just bought my first house by closing
a deal that shocked both of the realtors and my wife☺

My point is it never hurts to ask…if they need the work it’s a good deal for you!

I know it can frustrating trying to learn so many things about starting an online
business or becoming a top affiliate but spending a little time to find people who will
do great work for CHEAP is better than banging your head against the wall because a video won’t upload to your blog, right?

Okay enough out of me…enjoy the video!

As always I would love your feedback!

Keep up the hard work!

Welcome to the InstaCash Keywords blog!

Ben here…

If you haven’t met me yet, I’ve been working with Travis for about two years now…Good times :) . Hope youl like the new blog!

I’m really looking forward to interacting with you either here or you can always drop me a line at help [at] instacashkeywords.com. I urge you to participate in the conversation! The idea is to put helpful information out there for YOU - Since this site is all about finding starving crowds I want to make sure everyone is up to speed.

Now if you’re a member of this site, you should already be getting list of these HOT niches delivered to your inbox, but…

You should also know what to look for in case you stumble across a really good niche!

They are everywhere…and I mean EVERYWHERE!

What makes up these starving crowds?

Well Travis has made over 7 figures serving these hungry crowds and has created a list of factors that’s going to help you know when you’ve got a good one!

NICHE FACTORS:

#1 MIND SHARE

How many times in a day does a person in this niche think about _________?
Examples: Pregnant women – How many times in a day does a woman think about her baby? How about first time home buyers? I’m going through this right now and the mind share is definitely there! In contrast, what about people with weeds in their yard or people interested in origami.

See how those are just things that people might think about occasionally?
The idea is the more their thinking about ________ the more motivated they are to solve ________.

#2- EMOTIONAL TEMPERATURE

Now this can be done in most cases with common sense.

What we want to do is gauge how strongly a person feels about _______?
The more emotional the person the more motivated they will tend to be to solve
or look for help dealing with _________.

#3- DO THEY WANT TO TALK ABOUT IT?

When people are passionate about a subject THEY TALK ABOUT IT!

When you are evaluating a niche it should be a BIG RED FLAG if nobody is talking about the subject. You can type into Google “your niche + forum” and check out what the folks in your desired niche are talking about.

#4- COST OF ENTRY

How much does it cost to be a part of _________?
Examples: Remote Control Airplane Enthusiasts (Hundreds of dollars in repairs etc…)
Golfers (Hundreds and even thousands in clubs, balls, membership fees, etc…)

See how that works? Give me the choice between a mother looking for recipes or someone looking for a new set of golf clubs!

#5- WHO ELSE WANTS SOME?

Are there other marketers paying to get traffic from ________?

Go to Google and type in a few key phrases that people in your niche would type in and see if there are other marketers advertising. Also, if you see multiple affiliates on one page THAT is a TERRIFIC sign that you have a hungry crowd! This step is about all some marketers do…it’s a part of the recipe but not the whole enchilada!

#6- WHAT IS THEIR DISPOSITION?

Why wouldn’t ________ niche buy _______?

Two very common reasons.
Folks in the niche will defer to a higher or more credible authority…Or they just want free info.
For example, why wouldn’t a teenage acne sufferer buy an ebook on how to get rid of acne? A better question for that one might be why would they? As Travis would say this is about like “trying to sell pork sandwiches to Jewish vegetarians”.

So how do you get the most from these Niche Factors? You need to unlearn your old habits. No more searching for niches based on Clickbank Gravity (though I heard Magic of Making Up is a good one…hehe)! Remember the magic is in the NICHE not in the product! If you notice that you’ve got a few of these factors working in your favor chances are you’ve got a starving crowd on you hands!
